Candidature — Objectif parité 2028

La loi du 2 mars 2022 impose la parité stricte dans les instances dirigeantes sportives régionales dès 2028. Pour préparer cette échéance, la Région Île-de-France finance un parcours de formation et de mentorat destiné aux femmes bénévoles engagées dans le sport francilien.

Ce formulaire permet de mieux connaître votre parcours, votre projet et vos attentes afin de constituer la prochaine promotion.

Le parcours en bref

77 heures de formation sur 12 mois — 38 h en présentiel, 25 h d'e-learning en autonomie, 14 h de classes virtuelles en soirée. Un mentorat individuel est assuré pendant toute la durée du parcours. La participation est gratuite : le programme est intégralement financé par la Région Île-de-France.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within three months of receiving it, in case the request is technically complex or if we receive many requests at the same time.
